“ I've driven by the It's-It factory my entire life and always wanted to go in. I was hoping that we could get a view of the factory itself and perhaps even pay to go on a tour, but unfortunately, factory tours are not offered. You only have access to their retail storefront, which isn't very big, but you have an assortment of different It's-It ice cream flavors, products, and merchandise to choose from. Each item is priced at $2 which is reasonable. I got the original, chocolate chip cookie, pumpkin, and strawberry flavors during my last visit. If you're getting any of it to go but you're not buying enough to fill up a case, I would suggest bringing a mini cooler with an ice pack to store the product until you get home. The ice cream was delicious and my kids and I very much enjoyed our sweet treat. I only wish they had seating available to make things more comfortable - we just sat on the sidewalk curb outside. ”

“ Super fun spot to get a great ice cream sandwich from the factory shop! The shop had 10-15 options of different It's It sandwiches we could choose, our group tried pistachio, mint, cappuccino, and chocolate! The spot was easy to quickly walk up to and then eat on our walk back to the hotel! ”

“ Small, no frills shop selling the It's It sandwiches. The ice cream base is such high quality for the price, and you might find rare or hard to find flavors. I had pumpkin, green tea, and cappuccino. The pumpkin was so creamy and with a strong of hit spice, and tasted totally natural and loved the balance of warm spices. I was so impressed with the high quality and taste for the price. Likewise, the green tea had authentic and vibrant green tea notes come through. It was perfectly balanced against the creaminess of the ice cream base and not too sweet. The cappuccino was okay but still good all things considered. Oatmeal cookie part is okay to me. It's a bit too crunchy and sweet, and one note for me. But seriously for the price this is hard to beat and I see why this is a classic! ”

“ By far the best ice cream in town!! So glad I was able to finally stop by since they are only opened until 4pm Mon-Fri. I've passed by more than a dozen times whenever I'm on the freeway. I noticed a lot of parked cars but surprising there wasn't a line. I assume it's because nothing needs to be made and everything is already packaged. The factory is similar to an ice cream shop where they have individual packaged It's-It and 3 non-It's It. I decided to get all 10 flavors since it was my first time here, and I knew I was going to be back again since I love their ice cream. Each one costs $2. So far I have only tried the cappuccino and it was delicious! I can't wait to come back again to order more of the flavors that I enjoy once I have tried everything!! ”

“ One of my must have spot when I'm in the area. Once I walked into this place it has strong air conditioning, and cooled me down from the burning sun outside. I was lucky enough to get the last parking spot across the street. There was one person was in line ahead of me. I was greeted pretty fast with quick and friendly service. Glad the worker helped me decided which one to pick, because I couldn't. I left with 2 boxes (24 it's it's). I recommended buying the dry ice. My 45 mins drive home turned out to be 1.5 hours in sf traffic. ”

You may have seen the It's-It ice cream brand in select grocery stores but if you're ever near the Burlingame area, this place has more flavors! It's-It ice cream sandwiches have ice cream between two delicious oatmeal cookies and the coated in a yummy chocolate shell - loved this so much! Flavors available at this store: * Vanilla * mint * chocolate * cappuccino * Strawberry * green tea * pumpkin * chocolate chip If you really want to take some home, they even have styrofoam coolers with dry ice available for purchase. I only wish that their open hours were longer, it's kind of a short window, like 11-4. ”

“ Only open during the day, between 11 am - 4 pm, so take a quick walk from your hotel room and grab dessert. It is their main production facility and they have a little store so you can buy merchandise and ice cream sandwiches for a fair price of $2. They are prepackaged. No seating available inside so enjoy on your walk back to your hotel. I discovered them originally at my local grocery store in Southern CA. ”
